HTTP to HTTPS = website crash

Our website was showing “unsecure connection” so I changed the URLs in the WordPress database to HTTPS from HTTP, as I read in one of the forums here that would fix it. However, after I clicked “save” in the WordPress dashboard, the WP admin site went blank and shows this message: Not Found [CFN #0005]. The website itself shows: Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004].
I have contacted EasyDNS who has our domain name and name servers, and I have contacted Telus who hosts the website. So far I have not made any headway, please any advice to fix this would be great!
