Http Response Code 500

    Hi,
    I noticed this morning that when a user cancelled their subscrition in paypal, the IPN did not update the transaction type. I checked in the IPN history and seems the HTTP response is giving a 500 and its showing as retrying multiple times. Can you please assist on how we can fix this? Thank you. ??

    Please check the PHP error logs on your server. We should be able to find the specific error code/message that is happening when the IPN script attempts to run.

    Also, if you have logging enabled please check that log file to see if it shows any failure details for the transaction(s) in question.
