HTTP request AJAX call – need help

I want to get content from a website that provides me with an http address with parameters.
The result is a XML that changes dinamically, when they add or delete information from their site.
I have spent hours and hours and Im lost.
I wonder if a moderator or anyone who know about this could help me?
