the 429 error indicates that too many requests are being sent.

First of all, do you have an active SSL? After that, make sure you have made other necessary changes : https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/

NO I dont have an active ssl! I just changed https:// to https://
I read about buying ssl after I did that stupid change…

I know its stupid mistake…

Is it possible to get back those settings somehow?

SSL creates a secure connection for your visitors and the site just looks more professional if you take a glance at the URL tab.
