• Hello,

We just increased our upload filesize limit using a plugin (becuase the php.ini and .htaccess files weren’t reflecting the new size), but now we are getting an HTTP Error when uploading.

I’ve followed the common responses ( adding MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT 1. and increasing the memory limits everywhere I can think of).

I guess I’m at a loss as to where the site is getting it’s perameters. The filesize plugin doesn’t show what .ini file it’s changed and where it’s located.

    Thanks in advance.

Disable the plugin first, and see if that fixes it. The plugin won’t be able to update the PHP limits, though, if php.ini didn’t. You should ask your host the best place to update that. They should be able to help you.
