HTTP error when uploading pictures

I upgraded today hoping it would fix the problem.. But about a week ago my wordpress site would not accept pictures from my camera. No matter how small I make them, or how old they are (from different cameras). So far I can use web media pictures that I have purchased. But the http error comes up every time I try to upload a picture.

I called my webhost and they couldn’t help me fix it as all their pictures were uploaded fine, but they are going to look into it more.

I am not computer saavy and have spent all afternoon on this.. Anyone have any ideas or help they can offer me- Thanks so much
