HTTP ERROR when uploading new media

Hi guys,

I know this has been viewed, reviewed, suggested and fixed in millions of different ways, but I still can’t get my head around on why my Media Uploader suddenly stopped working.

This is what I get when I try to upload any image:

– HTTP error when uploading any image or media via the Flash version of the Media Uploader
– 404 Page Not found loads up when uploading photos or any media via a NON flash version of the Media Uploader
– FTP folder is accessible and all images I tried to upload are there
– Grey thumbnail instead of the actual image, showing in the Media Library

Also, I have removed pretty much all of my plugins I wasn’t using and only left 2 active. I tried deactivating those two as well and upload any image, but still not working.

What else can I do?
