HTTP Error Trying to Upload a jpeg 1.9MB

  • Hi. I keep getting a HTTP error message when trying to upload a jpeg picture file. It’s only 1.9MB. I uploaded another jpeg picture file that was 2MB and it uploaded withtout a glitch. Also, both pictures are licensed Adobe Stock photoes, that downloaded onto my computer without any problems. Any suggestions on how I can get it to upload to WP?

    I don’t have a fancy computer. I’m doing this on my Toshiba Chrome book.
