HTTP error on upload – need help

  • I’ve been trying to solve this problem for 2 days now. I’ve search ed the forums and tried just about everything with no luck.

    I’m running:
    Wordpress 3.1
    PHP Version 5.2.6
    Media Temple (dedicated-virtual) server.
    memory_limit = 32mb

    THE ISSUE
    Upon uploading a jpg via the flash uploader I geat a red ‘http error” after crunching.

    Using the browser uploader I get HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error.

    This only happens on certain images. The image size is under 2mb.

    please help
