    Hi,

That sounds a bit strange… Maybe there is some kind of limitation somewhere, hosting or other plugins or theme.

If you could setup a brand new WP site in a subdomain with only SVG Support active, then try upload to that one – this will tell you if it is the hosting or not.

On the main site (best if you create a duplicate staging site in the same hosting account), deactivating all other plugins and reverting back to the default theme and then test.

Additionally, I’m happy to take a look if you could set me up a temp admin account, that way I can look in the console and see what is happening.

    Any update on this?

I will mark as resolved assuming you got this sorted.

I got the same problem, still getting that error.

Please start your own thread according to Forum Welcome.

Also please include as much information about your environment as possible and make sure to be using the latest versions of both WordPress and SVG Support.

Additionally, please troubleshoot by reverting to the standard twentyseventeen theme and deactivate all other plugins and try again. Then if it works, you can deactivate things one by one, testing between each to find the culprit.
If you still get the issue after this, please do let me know.

I also received this error when I tried to upload. I looked in the WP debug log and found that the plugin uses a php simplexml function, my apache didn’t have simplexml installed. So make sure you have SimpleXML installed
