    Hi Saura,

    This error usually indicates a firewall issue. Can you please contact your webhost and ask them if they have CURL installed and updated (version 7.41 is the most recent version) and whether they allow remote requests to https://api.mailchimp.com/.

    They will (or should) know what to do with that information. ??
