    Can you please check the error console in browser for me.

    I need you to check specifically the network tab, if you are using chrome you can open the console using the Keyboard shortcut: Command + Option + J (Mac) or Control + Shift + J (Windows/Linux).

    Then go to network tab, and check for a smush ajax request. It should look something like this: https://take.ms/jWty0

    Can you post the response in here.
