HTTP Error

    New to WordPress. I know this has been talked about but my installation is on IIS on a Server 2012 server. Most of the solutions are based on APACHE which don’t really apply to this config to a certain extent.

    So, after finding that my PHP.ini file was actually located in the C:\Program Files\PHP folder, I was able to increase the file size from 2MB to 1000MB on both POST and Max Upload size, which did reflect in the upload page where it no longer shows 2MB max.

    However, when I try to upload a video that is about 20MB it works fine, but anything over that throws the HTTP Error message with the red bar.

    What is causing this? It is very annoying
