HTTP ERROR 500 Issues on the HomePage using shortcode
-
Hi
Let me explain the problem that happened to me.
In conclusion, this issue occurs only on the Home page, and is resolved by disabling Anywhere Elementor.1. I used the Anywhere Elementor shortcode and inserted it into the general page and homepage respectively.
2. When a user is redirected to the homepage after logging in, an “HTTP ERROR 500” error occurs.
3. However, when a user go to the general page, everything is displayed normally. This only occurs on the homepage, and is normally displayed on all pages except the homepage.
4. In addition, this issue occurs only when the user is logged in. In other words, when the guest(not-login) visits the homepage, everything is displayed normally.
5. Finally, if admin has logged in, the homepage will display normally.
6. In summary, 500ERROR is generated when the a user visits the homepage after logging in, and is displayed normally on other general pages. As above, the problem I found is solved by disabling the plugin. So, I’d like to check this out. Can you check this problem?
Thank you.
