Since your last update I receive a HTTP 500 error on my admin pages.

After filtering, the problem goes to the Plugin: Polylang

After reload an older version of Customizr, everything is OK?

    Any suggestions?

  • Hi,
HTTP 500 error is an internal server error, usually indicates something going wrong at the server.

    Hi Menaka,

I know your mentioned article and use it for troubleshooting this problem.

Since the last update of Customizr (3.4.33) the problem occured because a conflict with the plugin Polylang (which is crucial for the site) The problem is easy to reproduce….

After restoring Customizr 3.4.21 , The problem is solved for the moment.

I had prior v3.4.23 (the one with parallax scrolling for the sliders) installed and would liked to have that one back! Anybody a copy of this version??

    hear you..

In the past I needed to add some code to my Child Theme to make Polylang work with Customizr.

I found the code snippet in next article from Customizr >> https://presscustomizr.com/snippet/using-polylang-customizr-wordpress-theme/

I think since last updates => v3.4.32 , above mentioned code is outdated and need to be updated otherwise people will receive the same http 500 error for admin pages.

    Thanks in advance

    G
