Today, i install it in a WordPress site with and old version of Wp and old ‘infra’, with php deprecated version, 5.x.
So, frontend is ok and remains working.
But backend (wp-admin) is getting HTTP ERROR 500 when try to access.
I try to run with safemode, but it continuous error:
    https://xxxx.com/wp-admin/about.php?wpcode-safe-mode=1

What is the easy way to i regenrate the admin?
What tables on database are probably affected?
If i rename the plugin folder can resolve? (because i dont have access of server).

So, if you can help me, i really apreciate.
    Tks a lot.

  • Hi @marujobhz

This is a common WP error and usually due to reaching memory limits or conflicting plugins on your site.

Here is a guide with common steps to take on how to solve an HTTP 500 error on your WordPress site. You will need access to your web server for most of these, or you can kindly ask your webhost support to assist with this.

I hope following these steps helps!

Hi @aakash8 , thanks for response.
I guess that i problably need to get support to edit alter database, because i cannot acess the server and database.
i will read the content that you send me.
i will try to attack the ‘changes’ that made by active plugin ‘insert headers and footers’, like ‘rollback’ the operation that it makes.
    tks!

    Hi @marujobhz,

The WPCode plugin should still work on PHP 5.5 – you shouldn’t be able to activate it on older versions.

Can you please share which version of WP you are using to check on our end?

    Thanks

Hi. i get sucess on ‘rollback’ by this way:
    rename plugins dir to ‘plugins-deactive’.
but, how theme use custom fields, impact the content on frontend.
so, i requested to support exclude the ‘insert h&f plugins’, and rename the dir again to ‘plugins’.
so, theme works. and now, i migrate all to new server and running ok
    tks all for responses!
    god bless you all!
