    Hi there,

    after activating your plugin the backend of our site crashed. It says HTTP ERROR 500. The front end still works.

    What i did exactly:
    Install “Smash balloon Instagram Plugin”
    Deinstall “Smash balloon Instagram Plugin” (immediatly deinstalled it because i installed the wrong plugin. wanted to install facebook feed)
    Install “Smash balloon Facebook Feed”
    Activate “Smash balloon Facebook Feed”
    -> backend instantly crashed.

    What can i do?

    Thanks a lot.

    Hey @otmsupport,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues. We have not had any other reports of this type of issue. Can you try temporarily disabling other plugins and see if the same issue occurs when activating our plugin?

    Many thanks, hope you are having a great day!

    How can i disable plugins if i cant access to the backend because its down?

    I could connect via FTP and edit a config file to deactivate your plugin. Is that possible?

    Thanks!

    Apologies assumed that you had already deactivated our plugin. You would need to remove our plugin folder from the WordPress plugins directory on the server using FTP to get it deactivated and then complete the steps in the previous message.

    Many thanks, hope you are having a great day!
