HTTP ERROR 500

    hello,
    Since the last two updates the plugin doesn’t work either the site won’t load or u can’t go in the portfolio I get this:

    ” currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500″

    I have php5.6, and added image cover.
    -deleted all portfolios, created one from scratch added a cover but didn’t work.
    -disabled all plugins kept only this one and didn’t work aswell.

    Please keep in mind that the previews versions worked well, all i did was update.
    I did also try to uninstall it and reinstall it but no success.

    Any ideas?

    Hey there Rod,
    I need the real PHP Error message. The “Error 500” is just a server cover-up for security reasons that is saying that “something went wrong with the website”. I need to know what that something is or I can’t help.

    That said – the plugin does work just fine. I’ve tested it on PHP 5.6 too.

    You need to ask your hosting provider for instructions on how to see PHP errors.

    yeah I already did this they’re saying it’s the theme and plugin but didn’t really give me the error msg.

    ok it was the video, even though I had light gallery enabled. Bug? or i’m doing something wrong?
    We can’t add videos and photos at the same time?
