    Plugins and theme disabled. The main wordpress files have been renewed. Reworked .htaccess. The result is still the same.

    This sure seems to me like a file might be missing. It should be in WP’s file “wp-includes/functions.php”. Is that file there, readable by PHP (check ownership and permission) and has it been edited? If it has been edited, replace it with one from a fresh WP download.
