  • Do you have any backup of your site ? What did you actually wanted to change before the site going haywire

i was trying to remove the tags displayed under posts.
i edited the file and by putting the comment signs before and after the tags paragraph .

    yes i have a backup

normally 500 related errors are hosting related, you should contact with your host support to resolve this issue, You can also revert back to any previous backup you have of your site to avoid the error.

I was on my admin page when all of a sudden I clicked on pages, clicked on my home page to edit and I couldn’t access my admin page or my website anymore. It gives me this message

    The https://www.yourwebsite.com page isn’t working
https://www.yourwebsite.com is currently unable to handle this request
    HTTP ERROR 500

I don’t even know what happened. How can I get my website back up and running and how can I access my admin page again? This is so frustrating.

I can’t even submit a claim on the support forum, I had to look some up to add a comment. I need help and I can’t seem to find any. This has never happened to me before. My website can’t even be accessed by my phone or any other device, so that means my customers can’t find my website right now either.

    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
