HTTP Error 500

    Hi Marco,

    It is most likely a conflict with another plugin or the active theme. The 500 error message does not give us any clue on what could be the cause but it should leave an entry in the PHP error log. Can you please check the site’s root for an error_log file and see if it has an entry?

    Another alternative would be to try disabling other plugins or changing the theme and see what happens. Once you can identify the conflicting plugin or the actual PHP error message, we can work on a solution asap.
