HTTP ERROR 500

    Great plugin however receiving the following error when using the set target, clear target or save entry, if the browser is refreshed the information is captured.

    “The sculptextreme5in1.co.za page isn’t working
    sculptextreme5in1.co.za is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500”

    I have since installed the plugin on a new WP install with no additional plugins and am receiving the same error, these are on separate servers.

    I’ve tried locally and not able to reproduce it. Can you confirm a few things for me?

    – PHP version
    – WordPress version
    – Plugin version
    – Are you able to look at your error log and see if there is a relevant error logged around that time?
    – Is it possible to get access to your WordPress install to investigate? If so, please email me email@yeken.uk
