    Hello,

I have configured the settings in the plugin, as I did on other websites, and then I got this error, saying access to?masorti-kfarvradim.org.il?was denied and I am not authorized to view any of the pages in any of the menus.

I read the same topic posts here. I did not activate whitelisting, so it’s not because of that.

    Please help,

    Thank you,

    Vera

    Hi @beitsiach

Can you please define below constant?in the wp-config.php file before the wp-settings.php file included in that file of the root of the WordPress install and try.

    define( 'AIOS_NO_FIREWALL', true);

I can see there is – in your domain name it might be the issue. If the above contact makes the wp-admin accessible please try disabling one by one below feature and check by removing the above constant. It is any of three issues.

    1) Advanced char filter – WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall rules tab. Enable advanced character string filter :uncheck the checkbox and save

    2) Deny bad query string – WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall rules tab. Deny bad query strings: uncheck the checkbox and save

    3) 5g firewall rules – WP Security > Firewall > 6G Blacklist firewall rules tab. Enable legacy 5G firewall protection uncheck the checkbox and save

    Hello,

Thank you for your quick response.

I’m sorry, but I do not see the wp-config.php file in the root directory.

I did what you said in (1) and it solved the problem. Thank you.

    Hi @beitsiach

Glad to know the problem is solved.

wp-config.php is a WordPress file, not an AIOS plugin and it should be in the root of the WordPress installed directory generally. But I was asking to do it in case you can not access wp-admin.

Would you mind writing a quick five-star review on www.remarpro.com?

Reviews also help others to make confident decisions about our plugin.

Oh, I know what the config file is, and I was very surprised by not seeing it in the files of the root durectory. I thought, perhaps it is masked? Like, not visible? Can your plugin have concealed it?

    Sure, I will of course.
