    Hello,

    this plugin seems to be magic for seo redirects. But I can’t make it work. When I hit test URL it works:

    Requested URL: /cikkek/5-dolog-amiert-szeretjuk-az-oszt.../268.html
    Redirection: /5-dolog-amiert-szeretjuk-az-oszt/ (301 Headers)
    Engine: Default: Direct Match
    Details: Part of the requested URL already exist as Post of the Post Type: post

    But if I hit URL /cikkek/5-dolog-amiert-szeretjuk-az-oszt.../268.html I get HTTP ERROR 403 in my browser.

    Thank you for help.
    Tom.

    Hello,

    403 Error is a server error message and is thrown by the server before sending the request to WordPress (99.9% of the time). My plugin is not responsible for that behavior, it has something to do with your server configuration.

    You should try to read your apache logs file. Here is some more informations about 403 errors: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_403

    Just out of curiosity, have you tried to reach the same URL without those 3 “…”? Like: /cikkek/5-dolog-amiert-szeretjuk-az-oszt/268.html

    Maybe that’s something your apache webserver doesn’t like.

    Okay,

    I checked your website, and your server seems to be on Nginx. I tested the following URL: /cikkek/5-dolog-amiert-szeretjuk-az-oszt../268.html (2 “..” instead of 3), and it works just fine.

    There’s definitely something up with your nginx configuration. It really doesn’t like “…” 3 dots parts in urls. You should contact your hosting provider or sys admin.

    Examples:

    https://lovefashion.hu/test…/ (403)
    https://lovefashion.hu/test../ (301 => Redirection)
