Start by contacting the namecheap support team to ask about topics like:
    *is the webhosting still active?
*is the domain name still owned and connected to correct webhosting?
*is there any problem with SSL certificate? (NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID)
*is there a backup of the files and database related to website if a restore is needed?

Your website is there, though the SSL certificate is bad. Contact your host to update it.

is there an option that someone took over?
As never created an account there.
Checking with them, they dont have any link with one of our email addresses :s

    any suggestions what to do?
    Thx

As never created an account there.

Contact whoever you’re paying to host your site for you.

Your site is definitely on Namecheap’s infrastructure. But it’s possible you’re going through a Namecheap reseller, and not paying Namecheap directly.

google and wordpress were the only ones i contacted and interacted before .
Namecheap doesnt want to support, as no link directly with them due to security reasons :s

Would there be another support how to know the email address that is linked with the namecheap account?

Your domain is registered with Google Domains alright, but pointed to NameCheap’s nameservers. So hosting is being handled by NameCheap.

If you’re sure your domain isn’t supposed to use NameCheap’s nameservers, what are the right nameserver addresses you’re supposed to be using?

Also, a public WHOIS query shows an update was made on the domain 2022-01-21. Do you remember making any domain changes on this date?

And, by the way, note that www.remarpro.com does not host any websites!

Your domain audioscaleurs.com is registered with Google. You changed the domain’s nameservers from Google’s NS to Namecheap’s NS last year, please check it at https://whoisrequest.com/history/. And, your WordPress website at https://audioscaleurs.com is hosted with Namecheap at 162.0.209.222. The website is not working now because the SSL certificate is expired. Once the SSL certificate is renewed/installed, you should be able to access your WordPress website again.
