    i facing problem for verification for http challenge and DNS challenge

    Could not verify HTTP challenges. Please check whether HTTP challenge files uploaded to acme-challenge folder is publicly accessible. Some hosts purposefully block BOT access to acme-challenge folder, please try DNS based verification. Upgrade to PRO version for fully automatic domain verification.

    Could not verify DNS records. Please check whether you have added above DNS records perfectly or try again after 5 minutes if you added DNS records just now. Upgrade to PRO version for fully automatic domain verification.

    @salihin Some hosts block public access to .well-known directory so can’t really help with that. But you should be able to complete domain verification via DNS method. It just looks like you haven’t added the TXT record correctly onto your domain DNS. Please add the TXT record on DNS manager / Zone editor of your domain provider, then you can complete verification successfully.

    but i get one file only. in video tutorial have two file? https://prnt.sc/11f8jqp

    I follow your step add txt recornd on dns manager but still same

    I too was facing this issue while installing SSL for one of my site, I did everything correct but still not getting verified by any method. I selected the option of reset in the plugin itself and again tried with new Https file and this time all good.
    Try this it may help you as well.
