I am getting a HTTP 502 message which the host has figured out it is caused by woocommerce by deactivating each plugin. They said to reinstall woocommerce which i have done, or to contact woocommerce support. I had updated wordpress earlier. Could that have caused the problem?

  • Hello,

I am getting a HTTP 502 message which the host has figured out it is caused by woocommerce by deactivating each plugin.

When an issue like this happens, we usually suggest isolating the issue by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront. If this fixes the issue, that means your theme or another plugin is conflicting with WooCommerce. You’ll then want to activate plugins one by one to find the culprit.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
