Http 500 Internal Server error: Unable to handle request

Hi,
I have a WordPress website which is running on AWS ec2 and OS is Linux and uses the Bitnami Nginx installation for WordPress. It’s been more than a week since I have been facing this issue and I have checked out multiple articles and videos regarding this issue and also tried them(like increasing PHP memory limit, de-activating all plugins) but unable to resolve this issue. Also checked out some official WordPress articles but the issue persists.
I have also checked the error logs for the Nginx server using SSH into the ec2 instance, but there were no recent error logs when I was checking. Also, there were no Php error logs that I could see. Although, I am still able to access my WordPress admin dashboard.
I have also stated about my issue on AWS Developer forums but have gotten no response.
It would be really great if someone could look into this issue and I am happy to share any required details of my website.

I had already setWP_DEBUG= true when I was checking the error logs but I couldn’t see any PHP error logs there. Anything else that I could try? It seems that somehow the 500 errors are not generating any PHP error logs in/opt/bitnami/nginx/logs/error.log.
