Hi there
I’m using storefront theme and am currently getting an http 500 internal server error for several months now for the ‘all products’ page a few updates ago it came right but all of a sudden in the last wee while its gone to bad again.

Please note i’m in New Zealand and its 11.30pm Thursday 17 March.

Hello,

Does the error appear after performing some steps on your site that you can let us know? (For example, go to the shop page, select product A click add to cart, etc). To clarify can you please provide the following?

Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

It just seems to appear all the time no matter what i’m doing,
to the point I login to WordPress and click on, products – all products and the blank screen with error appears.
There are no error logs appearing in the Woocommerce logs
just ones relating to Google Listings.
I can provide you with a login if needed.

Hi @strictlysocialnz

Since your site seems to be running well, it may be related to your WordPress installation.

It’s a bit out of scope for us, but you can try to access your WordPress log files, to see if an error is generated there.

If you know OR are comfortable doing that, you’ll need to:

1. Enable WordPress Logs on your site (if it’s not yet);
2. Check the log file using an FTP client;

Here’s a quick step-by-step by doing both items above with some handy alternatives.

You can always reach out directly to your hosting company to check the logs for you! They’ll be able to enable them and check it for you!
