HTTP 500 and Order not processing

Hello everyone, so I am currently on WP4.0, now when I recently tried to upgrade my woocommerce plugin from 2.1.12 to 2.2.2 it threw a HTTP 500 error on me. Then the next version (2.2.3) got released, when I tried that I don’t see the HTTP error anymore however I am not able to order a product anymore. On the page where customer is required to input his/her address when you select the state’s name from the list it says “error Array, array, array”.
Now I have already faced some down time because of this, and now am afraid to upgrade to 2.2.4, am just wondering if it was only me who faced this thing or there were other people too? And is the problem resolved with the latest version?
