HTTP 404 when using IE8

I have upgraded to Version 1.7.1 and WordPress 3.5.
I have the registration form on a blog at https://inteapp.com (I used the shortcode). Works on Chrome and Firefox but not on Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 (IE8). When I click the Register button when using IE8 I get an HTTP 404.
I am using WP multisite.
