HTML5 Validation Error

I just installed Sparkling. It works very well, but there are some errors in the validation of the pages. This is an example:https://www.newsite.marcowebdesigner.it/?page_id=8
The page has no content, and as you can see it seems that the tag

The error, however, is not even on the homepage, and instead is also present in the contact page.
How can I fix the problem? Thank you
