HTML5 jQuery Audio PRO 3.0.9.3 activation issue.

    Hey Guys,

    As the title above suggests I am having issues activating HTML5 jQuery Audio PRO version 3.0.9.3 on WordPress version 4.7.5. EnigmaPlugin website says HTML5 jQuery Audio Pro is tested up to WordPress 4.7.5

    I’m currently building my site on my localhost through mamp for mac.
    Once the player is installed successfully I’m given the option to Activate it in the same install page. Up untill that point everything is fine till I click Activate, the page goes blank after loading in my browser.

    To recover my site I navigate to the plugins folder in htdocs/[site name] and delete the HTML5 jQuery Audio Pro plugin and everything returns to normal.

    Soooooo in short I’m not certain whats happening. After reading a few forums it could be a jQuery conflict loading both the player and my wordpress version.

    Any help or thoughts to resolve this issue? I’ve also called EnigmaPlugins Austrailia for help and have left a message with them and have also emailed them about this. Only bought the plugin lastnight so pretty new to the issue really.

    The www.remarpro.com forum is for community support of the free version of any plugin. If your issue concerns pro (paid) version, then you should submit a support ticket over at https://enigmaplugins.com/ If you’ve already done that, then we will get to it there. ??

    And just a tiny note… this is the forum for a completely different plugin – WP Knowledgebase. So it’s kind of doubley in the wrong place! I’ll close this thread here to avoid confusion and your support ticket will get attended to as soon as we can today.
