HTML5 animation from Google Web Designer
-
hello, I’m trying to find out about how to add the code from GWD to my published wordpress child-theme page.
I’m struggling on the uploading of the Google Web Designed HTML files to my filemanager and in chosing the right address for pointing towards the animation. I am saving the file by publishing locally from GWD and then uploading each file from the folder, into what I hoped is the correct address in the file manager system…
I almost made it, via this helpful thread, but apparently I was not sticking to the original topic discussed so the thread was discontinued (sorry moderator)
I think I may have inadvertently gone off topic because I’m being advised to use “flash” filename and not doing it without flash.
I don’t care much how it’s done, as long as I can learn how to design and insert a simple animation into my page preferably using GWD – which is very easy on the eyes and brain! I’d quite like to know why the original questioner did not want flash..pros and cons?
I can follow instructions and repeat them, and am starting to understand the file system – a little, but I don’t know how to create code. all help very appreciated and thanks for trying Greybox
