html with wordpress

I have a wordpress website whichis using a particular theme.
https://www.xyz.comI want to add a small html website to the above wordpress site.
abc is the html folder which had its own css and js files with index.html.
how can i achieve this. where should i upload the abc folder so that it can be accessed via
https://www.xyz.com.abc
