• While using WordPress 3.9.1, I am unable to see a “live preview” of the HTML template. The Thickbox does open, but the only content displayed within the iframe is the text “undefined”.

While investigating this myself, I noticed that iframe src refers to the file “preview.html” within this plug-in’s directory on the server. In my case, this file exists, however it’s entirely empty. I would have to assume this gets written to temporarily by the plug-in. The permissions on the file “preview.html” is -rw-r–r–. Could there be a problem with the permissions or the owner/group of the file/entire plug-in directory?

    Hello grant.tom,

I have no issue with the latest WordPress release. I don’t think the file permissions are involved in your problem. Did you try to clear your cache ? Also try to give the ouput your console (firebug in Firefo or devtools in Chrome).

I think I am having the similar problem. I can see the ‘live preview’ of the HTML template. But when I send an email in HTML format, it doesn’t show up the format I set in the HTML template.

Could you be more specific? I’m not sure to understand your problem.
Please try to install test this on a clean WordPress installation.

@hellonico, I can send you a email with both HTML format and Plain Text format, you will be able to see the differenc clearly. How to send you the email?
