html tags stripped/removed from rss feed

  • It’s possible this happened when I was testing the the display “summary” option in Settings > Reading and then switched back to full text, but for the last few days my posts are stripped of html when I view in a feed reader. The feed is being served by Feedburner but I don’t have any settings in there that are affecting this (don’t think).

    Any ideas on how to get html tags back into my feed are much appreciated. You can access the feed here: https://www.zendesk.com/feed .

  • I can’t see anything wrong with your feedburner feed. If you want someone to check out the feed file itself, you will need to turn feedburner off first.

    So it appears only <p> tags are stripped. Similary, when I change option in Settings > Summary between summary and full text has no effect.
