HTML tags scrambled

The HTML tags in the lesson’s page – MEDIA field value – is translated back to basics with & amp; tags and so on.

&lt ; iframe src=”https://player.vimeo.com/video/video_id?h=hash” width=”640″ height=”564″ frameborder=”0″ allow=”autoplay; fullscreen” allowfullscreen& gt; & lt;/iframe & gt;

is translated to this

‘< iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/video_id?h=hash&quot; width="640" height="360" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>’

How can I get this to stop? Every time I change something in the page, the media area is scrambled and the embedded video no longer displays, until I copy + paste the embed code again from the Vimeo platform.
