HTML tags not being recognised

    I’m using the shortcode generator, however the HTML tags are displaying in the output on the page

    Example:
    {title before="<h3>" after="</h3>"}

    Is displaying as :
    <h3>title</h3>…with the code showing.

    any ideas?

    Are you using the shortcode in the visual editor? I strongly suggest using the template manager to create a custom template, then referencing it in your shortcode using the code provided in the template manager.
