html tags in the notification message

Hi, thank you for this plugin! I have 2 questions if I may:

1. Is there any way to set one expiry date rule for all the existing users on the site? Apparently there’s an option to set expiry date automatically at a new user registration. Problem is, we already have about 300 users. It would be great to be able and set a global rule for all of them. If this is not possible via the dashboard – is there any action/filter/hook/another way to perform this using php code?
(For example, if the expiry dates are set as user meta fields, I may write a little script that goes once over all the users and set this meta-field for them. I just want to be sure that I don’t miss anything on the way).

2. Is it possible to use HTML tags within the notification email message textarea? When I add html tags (like ‘table’, or ‘p’), they are converted to new-lines at saving the plugin settings page.
