HTML Tags in structured Text

I recently created a job and looked at the resulting structured text.

The Job is rendered just fine: https://optano.com/de/job/as19-002/ (look at the German page).

But the structured text https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=https%3A%2F%2Foptano.com%2Fde%2Fjob%2Fas19-002%2F
shows some escaped html tags (have a look at the end of section qualification in the job item).

The “Text” view on the qualification within the classic editor of wordpress is just fine. simple html tags as expected, the wysiwyg-view shows the bullets an no html tags.

What is wrong?
