Html tags in description

Hey,
I want to use html in descriptions, how to make it? I cant even use simple double enter to make lists.
Can someone help me with that ?:)

Can you tell me which description you want to use HTML course description, quiz description or else?

By default, the excerpt section does not have an editor. And We already have the extra section in what you learn please check the course create the page you will find the section and there you can add there. There you can add HTML.
