    Hi there,

We strive to make Elementor as compatible as possible with 3rd party plugins and themes, but we cannot control the 3rd party’s code.

We highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this theme, so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.

Should they need any help from us, they can open an issue on our Github account and our developers will be happy to assist. https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues

The problem (Html H1 … H6 tags lost line spacing) appeared when I switched to WordPress 6.5.2, which coincided with the new version of the Astra theme.
On further testing, I changed the theme to another (Twenty Twenty-Four) and the problem remains.
Is Elementor incompatible with WordPress 6.5.2?

    Hi @webpart,

While Elementor is intended to be fully compatible with the latest WordPress releases, compatibility issues may still arise due to factors like theme and plugin conflicts, server configurations, or specific settings.

To troubleshoot your issue, you might consider switching to the Hello Theme temporarily. Additionally, ensure to check the typography settings for headings, particularly the line height and word spacing, in Site Settings. You can access Site Settings from any page by clicking on the hamburger icon in the left-side widget panel, then selecting Site Settings > Typography.

I hope these suggestions help resolve your issue.

    Hi,

The problem (Html H1 … H6 tags lost line spacing in Headings) continues after changing the theme to Hello Theme.
The typography settings for headings in Site Settings have not been changed. The line height and word spacing remain, as they always have been, unfilled.

    Hi @webpart,

If they are blank, it suggests they’re using the default settings of your theme. To potentially override this, you can try adjusting the line height and word spacing settings in the Site Settings.

It’s also advisable to report this issue to the support team for your theme. They can offer further troubleshooting and potentially provide a fix for the problem.

If they require assistance from us, they’re welcome to open an issue on our GitHub account. Our developers will be available to assist them: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Hi,

Here’s Astra Theme Support’s latest response:
While you are collaborating with Elementor’s support team to investigate the potential compatibility issues, I want to address your concerns about the recent changes in the Astra theme. Our team has thoroughly reviewed the reported issue, and we haven’t identified any changes in the Astra theme that would directly cause the problem you’re encountering.
You are right about the incompatibility with the Elementor page builder and we are investigating this internally. However, since you are facing this issue with the default theme as well, the spacing is not being deleted by the Astra theme. I am sure, Elementor team will be able to fix the issue for you.

Combining your answer with Astra Theme Support’s, I come to the conclusion that it must be our problem !!!
All that remains is for us to stop using both and to spread a note against the use of the Astra Theme and the Elementor Plugin.

    Hi, @webpart.

I’m sorry you’re continuing to experience issues with the layout. Is there custom code on the site might possibly be impacting the settings? If so, please try disabling custom code on the site to see if that makes a difference.

Otherwise, can you provide us with a specific example of an element that has been impacted (for example, a specific heading on the home page) so that we can inspect it using the browser’s developer tools?

    Kind Regards.

    Hello @webpart ,

Sorry to hear the issue is still persistant.

I checked your site and noticed that you are running minification and caching on your site which might lead to such issues.

I would recommend you to clear the Cache and Minified files and deactivate the optimization plugins temporarily to solve the issue.

Please refer to this article for detailed troubleshooting for layout issues related to Elementor.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi,

Clearing the Cache and Minified Files doesn’t solve anything.
I’ve deactivated all the plugins (except Elementor) and that doesn’t solve anything either.

    Hi

As shared earlier, the minification is done by another plugin of your site as I am guessing here. And that plugin also helps with the caching.

I am seeing that when I disable the Line height from the Elementor settings then I can see the older line height showing up which is 1.6

    Here are the screenshots:

Can you please confirm if this is the one that you need changed?

    Hi,

    I’m sorry, but I can’t understand what you’re saying.
I’ve deactivated all the plugins except Elementor and the problem persists.

I’ve tried changing the Line Height of the Elementor Titles that use H1…H6 (which are unfilled) and I have to put 27px to make them look the same as before.

    Hi @webpart,

I want to reiterate and confirm what my colleague mentioned previously: the plugin in charge of the minification and cache you are using on the site is the one causing the conflict.

I will recommend clearing the Cache and Minified files and deactivating the optimization plugins temporarily to solve the issue.

Please refer to this article for detailed troubleshooting for layout issues related to Elementor.

    Ref:https://elementor.com/help/changes-dont-appear-online/

If you still run into issues with the minification and cache plugin, as we have no control over coding for third-party plugins we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team. They may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendations (or possible fixes) to resolve the issue.

    I hope it helps!

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    HI,

    It must be my problem!!!
I certainly can’t make myself understood in English.

I’ve told you many times that the problem persists after purge minify cache and purge cache for all pages.
It also persists after uninstalling the plugin used for said caches (WP-Optimize).
It also persists after uninstalling all plugins except Elementor.
Finally, it persists by changing the Astra theme to another theme, namely Hello.

I don’t know what else to say.
Your support is a huge disappointment, even more so for us IT professionals who support our solutions.

    Hi there,

I hope this message finds you well. I completely understand your frustration with the current situation. Your feedback is incredibly important, and I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

I have been reviewing your website and as you can see in my screenshot, the code comes from wpo-minify.

    Here are some potential solutions:

    1. Server-Side Cache: Some hosting providers implement server-level caching. Check with your hosting provider if they have any caching mechanisms in place and whether you can clear it through your hosting control panel or ask them to do it for you.
    2. Disable CDN (Content Delivery Network) Cache: Clear the cache from their dashboard if you’re using a CDN like Cloudflare or StackPath. These services often cache your site’s static content, including CSS and JavaScript files.
