    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Profile Builder plugin. I’ve created a custom text area field for a business directory, and the HTML tags are being displayed on the frontend instead of being interpreted as HTML code. For instance, tags like <p> are visible around the text.

I have attempted the following solutions without success:

    • Changing the WordPress theme.
    • The problem persists using blocks or with Elementor.
    • I have tested server PHP versions 7.4 and 8.1.

Has anyone else faced this issue or does anyone have a suggestion on how to resolve it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi @dpa1984,

This is because fields like Textarea, or Input do not support HTML, in these fields, you can add only normal text. For adding/editing information with HTML there are specific fields. These fields are available only with a paid version, but we are not allowed to speak about the paid versions here. In case you would like to have that conversation please open a support ticket using our site https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/.

    Best regards,
