    Hi,
i can’t style an html custom text in a form in HUGE-IT forms plugin.
I can view it into preview, but when i save the form all the customizazions (such as <b> tag) are lost. There is something that i can do to fix it?
    Thank You so much
    Daniele

  • Hello Daniele
Thank you for your post. Could you say please, where do you add the HTML text exactly? Is it the field of the form or any other place? It will be perfect if you provide us with some screenshots.
    Thanks

Hey Support, I am having this issue as well. Screenshots are below. Let me know if you need anything else.

I added the HTML code to the custom text field and saved the form:

I then refreshed my webpage and the change did not take:

The webpage code also does not show that the HTML code is being applied:

Any help would be much appreciated. My form looks pretty awful as of now.

    Thank you! Heather

To add to this, HTML code changes are not sticking within form elements either. I used to be able to add line breaks and styling into the form field labels with success, but now I can’t. Thanks again!

    Hello @featherhart
    I’m sorry for late answer
the label entities are not supposed to have HTML ability, but Custom Text field should work. please drop a message on [email protected] by that time we will check the form, and I think it may be a site specific issue.
