HTML Styling Disappears in 1.5.1 Update

After updating to 1.5.1 all bolding, colors, type size, etc. do not appear on the output produced by the shortcode.
Is this a feature or a bug? I certainly hope it’s a bug. I need the output to match the styling in the posts.
