HTML Source code

  • Hi, I have recently moved my domain and hosting from a 3rd party to my own control, they were supposed to backup files and put them on a disk but they say they have lost the disk so all files and site now gone. They used wordpress through fasthosts and so am I, before the transfer I saved all the HTML source code from the old pages, is there any easy way of using this to set up again?

    Hi, Thanks for the reply, no I don’t as they were hosting it I didn’t have any access, they were supposed to backup and send me but they say the disk has been lost in the post (yeah right)and don’t have any backups.

    I’m really sorry but without a database backup, there is no way to retrieve your site’s content.
