HTML section not slowing with submitted form

    I’ve created this form for a medical practice and the consent part on the last page of the form is essential for their records. When a patient submits the form, that specific part needs to show in the email as well as the patient “signature”. Now when the form is submitted, the only info showing is the name & surname of the patient, and not what they are consenting to.
    I’ve used the HTML section to add the Consent details, but it’s still not showing with the submitted form.

    Hi!

    Please note that the HTML field is not included in the email content.

    However, we can offer you two workarounds.

    1. Add a hidden input field and add the text in the Value of the field.

    2. Add the text in the Email Options > Email to User > Custom Text in Email For User section.
