I wanted to add something like <i class=”fas fa-phone-square”></i> to my map info bubble. It shows it once but then the wysiwyg editor overwrites it with  . It doesn’t seem to have a problem with any other html. Is there an issue with copyright? I have font awesome installed as they instruct. Is that some kind of tease to get pro?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

“Custom marker body and titles with full HTML support” on the docs for pro vs lite.

Also, is there a way to change the base map? We don’t want other markers competing. We would buy pro if we need to.

And one more thing, the tool tip or talk bubble comes up closed on mobile. https://mc.californiasun.com/locations/antelope

Thanks. The product is awesome. Sorry for nagging. We just love it and we have some questions.

    Hi,

Sorry for my slow reply, I didn’t see your post. For some reason I don’t always get notifications from www.remarpro.com.

Please feel free to contact me here directly instead. Here’s some answers:

    1. The HTML didn’t work because of the angled double quotes. Some editors add angled quotes automatically. Try using straight double quotes instead, and it should work:
    <i class="fas fa-phone-square"></i>

    2. Yes, styled maps are available with MapPress Pro

    3. Thanks for the link. I checked it and the popup seems to come up open. Are you using a specific mobile device (I tried generic/iPhoneX).
