Html responsive

Hello, Im using elementor to build my web page and I have a situation here, i designed the entire website with one html file, but responsive mode doesn’t allow you to fully hide the code on mobile, so I can put the html mobile design in there, I mean it does allow to hide it but I can’t place the new code where the other one was (on the top), so the page gets really weird on mobile, since it just starts almost at the bottom, is there any div or something to get around this? I tried some window width div and css but it didn’t work.
